Our clean ocean essential oil blend brings tranquility to the your bathing experience, giving you the coastal feel of being at the seaside with its rich scent, that will leave you feeling refreshed, and your skin soft.
The dales soap shed's soaps are scented with 100% essential oils, which are technically rather tricky, due to their high resistance to heat, but something that we have learnt to perfect overtime. As a result, we think using our soap, is like washing in silk. Our customers are enjoying wonderfully natural scents, with their powerful therapeutic properties, every time they use one of our bars of soap.
All of our soaps can be used on the face and body.
The dales soap shed's soaps are all vegetarian friendly and most definitely not tested on animals. They are SLS free and contain no parabens or preservatives. We've made sure that our packaging is recyclable and 100% biodegradable and all of our raw materials and packaging are sourced here in Great Britain.
Our products have been manufactured and labelled to comply with Cosmetic Products (Safety) Regulations. A safety assessment has been carried out by a qualified professional, to give assurances, that our products are safe in their intended use.
As our soaps are handmade using raw natural ingredients, it is inevitable that they will vary slightly in shape and colour. We love that they are all a little bit different, after all, who wants to be the same?
Each and every one of our handmade soaps, are cut and wrapped, by hand.

Making a Purchase
In order to purchase a product, simply browse through the online shopping facility. Click on the ‘Add To Cart’ icon next to your chosen product and the item will be put in your shopping basket (a running total is visible on the top right of the online shop). Once you have finished shopping, click on the shopping cart to checkout, or press “Go to checkout”. The products and total purchase price, including postage and packing costs, will appear and invite you to complete your payment and add delivery details. All items shown on the website are subject to availability. In the event of any items not being available we will contact you to review your order.
Making a Payment
Pay by PayPal
All prices quoted are in £ British Pounds (sterling). We accept credit/debit cards, which are processed by PayPal via a secure on-line encrypted payment system and PayPal can accept credit or debit cards from MasterCard and Visa.
We can deliver items anywhere in Mainland UK.
Delivery of goods is made once full payment is made through PayPal, or once funds have cleared if paying offline. Deliveries will be made via Royal Mail or courier, and should be with you within 2 – 3 working days.
We don’t deliver to Post Office (P.O.) boxes or shipping agent addresses.
Please ensure that you provide accurate contact or delivery details to ensure timely delivery. We do not accept liability for any failed or late deliveries due to incorrect address details.
We do not accept liability for goods damaged in transit.
Parcels up to 2kgs are sent using Royal Mail 1st or 2nd class service (please specify at checkout).
Parcels over 2kgs are sent using a courier which states delivery by close of business in 2-3 working days.
This service may exclude certain destinations in the British Isles. Please contact us by email to confirm delivery to your preferred location.
We aim to process all weekday orders within 48 hours of ordering, and weekend orders on the following Monday. If this is not possible we will contact you.
Cancellations, Returns, Refunds
If you change your mind about the product you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the items under the Distance Selling Directive. Products can only be returned if they are unopened and undamaged. Please note that in this case you will need to pay the return delivery charge however we will refund you the full amount that you have paid for the product including the original delivery charge. Unfortunately we cannot accept proof of postage as proof of receipt for the goods and the refund will be only issued if the products are received by us and are in a good condition.
Whereas every effort is made to supply high quality goods as shown, if the goods are different to your order, we will send you a replacement or a refund for the full amount including the original delivery charge. For any claim to be accepted, we must be notified within 3 days of receiving the items on firstname.lastname@example.org This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected by these terms and conditions.

Our terms and conditions are governed by English law, irrespective of where you are based.
